Maybe they just didn’t pay their hosting bill, but did the intellectual authors of the Iraq War decide that having their names associated with this long-planned enterprise for all to see was perhaps not such a good idea? Are war crimes charges in the air? After all, these are the folks who said “absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor,” their plans for regime change in Iraq might take a while.

This is the official site for the Neo-Conservative intellectual think-tankers, William Kristol, Robert Kagan, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Richard Perle, Scooter Libby, Richard Armitage, Elliot Abrams, James Woolsey, et al, who were suddenly elevated into positions to make their imperial dreams come true upon the election of George Bush. What they all have in common is, although they have been vigorously advocating war and the take-over of the Middle East’s oil resources, few of them have ever seen combat or heard a shot fired in anger.
